New Layout for my site

Hey everyone, just wanted some opinions on my new design for my site, which at current has a terrible, terrible design.

NOTE: the 'home' item is showing the active state of a button, and 'my work' is showing the hover state.

Kyle Member Joined August 2007 Posts: 24	Joe, I think it looks amazing. The only thing I'd say is if you want to keep the badge you might want to Rotate the text in it about 45Â° clockwise.
